Please do not republish whole articles or photographs, or use them in a commercial product, without written permission.
Recipes, food and drink
Our recipes and cooking guides are tested, but kitchens, grills and ingredients differ. Use a thermometer, cook poultry and ground meat to safe internal temperatures, follow the instructions that came with your equipment, and check fire and building rules before you light a grill or smoker on a balcony or patio. Articles about beer and drinks are written for readers of legal drinking age where they live. Please drink responsibly and never drive after drinking.
Information, not advice
What we publish is general information written in good faith. It is not professional, legal, financial or health advice, and it may become out of date. Articles about the business of bars describe how things commonly work; check the rules that apply to you before acting on them.
